What is the difference between the AYN Odin and AYN Loki series?
The AYN Odin series is based on the Android operating system, optimized for mobile gaming and retro emulation. The AYN Loki series is a dedicated handheld PC running Windows, designed to play modern AAA Steam library titles and PC applications.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
Standard international shipping typically takes 7-14 business days depending on the destination. Expedited shipping options via DHL or FedEx are available at checkout for faster delivery within 3-5 business days.
Does my device come with a warranty?
Yes, all AYN devices include a 1-year limited hardware warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, liquid exposure, or unauthorized software modifications.
Can I upgrade the storage or RAM on my handheld?
While the RAM is soldered to the board and cannot be upgraded, most Loki models feature replaceable M.2 NVMe SSDs. Odin models feature a MicroSD card slot for expandable storage up to 1TB.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for products in original, unopened condition. If the device has been opened or used, a restocking fee may apply. Please contact our support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
