Returns & Exchanges Policy

We offer a 14-day return window for all AYN Odin and Loki handheld devices from the date of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to opened items that are not defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a detailed reason for the return to receive an RMA authorization.

  Prepare Your Device

  Factory reset your device to remove personal data and securely pack it in its original box with all cables and accessories.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package to our designated inspection facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
